By using the Services, you consent to receive emails or notifications about product updates, new features, and other relevant communications. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
3. Early Access and Beta
Certain features or products may be offered as pre-release or beta versions. These versions are provided for testing and evaluation purposes only and may change, malfunction, or be discontinued without notice. You use them at your own risk.

Sotia makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sotia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the United States.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
